The Shore, the Waterfront District's newest project, is approximately 60% reserved and has yet to break ground. The Shore will be only the second hotel/condo hybrid on the scene in downtown Austin. The 22-story condo tower will house 192 units with spectacular views of the city as well as Town Lake. It will have full access to the hotel amenities and is located a stone's throw away from Austin's largest amenity...the Town Lake Hike-and-Bike Trail. The hotel tower will be a few floors higher and will be operated by the hotel group Kimpton Hotels (http://www.kimptonhotels.com). This will house 40 additional luxury condos.

The developer is currently taking $3,000 fully-refundable reservations that lock in a specific unit at a specific price. In the upcoming weeks these reservations will be converted into hard contracts.
